Jusuf Indradewa, S.H., Senior Partner. Graduated from the School of Law of the University of Indonesia, Jakarta, and was conferred the Sarjana Hukum law degree. In pursuing his professional career at the Ministry of Finance, his long tenure of office there allowed him to occupy key positions, among others, as Head of the Legal Department, Inspector General, and Secretary to the Coordinating Minister of Economics, Finance, Industry, and National Development. In due recognition of his professional abilities, and as an effective team player, he was instrumental in the drafting of several laws, among others, on banking and finance, investment, insurance and pension schemes, capital market and its supervisory body. In his capacity as Senior Partner of the firm Jusuf Indradewa & Partners, he has been able to provide the required leadership in guiding the firm to provide legal consultancy to its ever expanding group of clientele. Within that context, the legal consultancy, among others, covered transactions on: banking, IPO`s, bonds, restructuring, merger & acquisition, privatization of SOE`s, and divestments. His status as Registered Legal Consultant since 1992 at the BAPEPAM has also been very helpful indeed, from a business prospective. Cecilia Teguh Ayu Sianawati, S.H., Managing Partner. Graduated from the Faculty of Law at Parahyangan University, Bandung in October, 1984. She is a co-founder of the firm and currently is one of its Senior Partners. Currently, she advises on all legal aspects of Indonesian Capital Market. She is up to now in charge of the Firm's Capital Market Division and she has handled approximately 35 companies in IPO transactions and Bonds Issues. She is a registered Capital Market Counsel with Capital Market Supervisory Board (BAPEPAM) since 1992.

George Risakotta, S.H., Senior Partner. Graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Indonesia and the Institute of Air and Space Law, McGill University, Montreal, Canada. He is a leading expert on Aviation Laws as shown by his previous post as the Director of Civil Air Transportation, the Chief Negotiator of the Bilateral Air Agreements, and Expert on the Staff of the Minister for Communications. Other senior Government positions held include that as Head of the Legal Bureau at the Ministry of Tourism, Post and Telecommunications and Expert Staff of the Minister for Tourism, Post and Telecommunications. Apart from being a Senior Partner of the Firm, Mr. Risakotta is an expert in hotel and property management and all legal aspects related thereto.

Paulus Petrus Poli, S.H., Senior Partner. our Senior Partner is a graduate of the University of Indonesia Law School in Jakarta, he was given the opportunity of doing research at the Woodrow Wilson School of Foreign Affairs, University of Virginia Graduate School, Virginia, USA, which included also conducting the same activity at the United Nations, New York. Mr. Poli has had along career with the former Bank Dagang Negara, Jakarta, mostly as Head of the International Banking Division, which enabled him to develop his expertise in trade financing, and employing financial resources through a network of international banking institutions, including the World Bank, providing international trade financing in Indonesia, as well as in charge of project financing, among others, for PT Pusri and the restructuring of PT Krakatau Steel together with Mr. Tungky Ariwibowo (CEO) and Mr. Asikin Effendy representing the Ministry of Finance. Mr Poli was instrumental in financing Pertaminas oil exports using the New York Bankers Acceptance market. During his tenure in the banking industry, he was, among others, by presidential appointment served as Indonesian Representative on the ASEAN Council of Banking & Finance, Assistant Managing Director of Bank Dagang Negara, Indonesian Representative of Banque Nationale de Paris, and President of the Association of Foreign Bank Representatives, President Director of South East Asia Bank, as well as Bank Pertiwi, and Chairman of Dhana Progress Multi Finance Corporation. Like other university graduates of his generation, he is multilingual, and is able to converse effectively in Dutch and English, in that order of proficiency, and of course, Bahasa Indonesia.

Swanita Gunadi, S.H., Partner. Graduated from the Parahyangan University Law School, where she majored in Civil Law in October, 1987. That academic background provided the basis for broading her horizon in handling capital market transactions as well as issues related to corporate matters. She holds a license as Registered Legal Consultant issued by the Capital Market Supervising Board No. 276/PM/STTD-KH/2000 dated January 31st, 2000. As capital market legal consultant, she has more than 20 years of experiences in handling numerous transactions related to capital market transaction i.e. initial public offerings, issuing of convertible bonds, rights issue, strategic sale, corporate action of publicly listed companies related to conflict of interest, merger and acquisition and tender offer, etc.
